
Spicy Mung Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 bunches curly kale
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 C cooked or sprouted mung beans
- juice of one lemon
- 1/3 C tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ t cayenne pepper
- Rock salt to taste
- ¼ C almond milk
Method
Blend all the ingredients together except the almond milk. Add the almond milk slowly at the end. Serve with grain free crackers or crudités Makes 1 cup. Lasts 4 days in the fridge.
