Ingredients

  • 1 C mulberries
  • 1 C banana, frozen
  • 1 C water
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 2 T raw cashews
  • 2 T Pea Protein
  • 1 T raw honey
  • 1 T glutamine
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • Pinch vanilla

Method

Blend on high until smooth.
