- 1 C mulberries
- 1 C banana, frozen
- 1 C water
- 1 C almond milk
- 2 T raw cashews
- 2 T Pea Protein
- 1 T raw honey
- 1 T glutamine
- 1 T hemp seeds
- Pinch vanilla

Blend on high until smooth.
