Moringa Mango Lassi Smoothie Bowl

With the consistency of homemade ice cream, this smoothie is as nutrient-dense as it is delicious. Top with your favourite superfoods for added crunch and punch – I love to use dried mulberries, bee pollen, hemp seeds and sprouted almonds, but you can really experiment here.

Moringa – the miracle tree, and the most nutrient-rich plant ever

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C fresh almond milk
  • 1/2 C ice
  • 1/4 C coconut yogurt (optional)
  • 2 T pea and hemp protein
  • 2 T Antonia’s sprouted almonds
  • 6 small pitted dates
  • 1 t Antonia’s moringa powder

Method

Add water as needed just to get the mixture moving. Don’t make it runny. It must be thick like ice cream when you serve it. Blend on high until smooth. Serve in a bowl With superfood toppings of your choice. I used dried mulberries, bee pollen, hemp seeds and sprouted almonds. Serves 2. Enjoy immediately
