However, my saving grace is that I’ve had the opportunity to live with, work with and learn from some amazing people. When I share the knowledge I gain, I’m passing on wisdom that I’ve received from truly great teachers – plus a few things I’ve picked up from my own experiences.

Being a new mom means that I’m learning new things every minute of every day. Some of them seem to be instinctive; some take a little more time. During pregnancy, my body naturally underwent changes and although it was a time of great joy for my husband and I, it also had its quite stressful moments (not to mention giving birth!).

Now more than ever, I realise how important it is to look after my own health. I’m blessed to have an organic farm garden just a few steps from my kitchen, and that I’ve managed to turn my passion for healthy eating into a career. More than that, it’s become a way of life.

I was about to say, I wouldn’t change it for the world, but then change is something I’ve always embraced. An important new chapter has just begun in my life, and doing what I do, I regularly get to meet new people. Inspiring and interesting people cross my path regularly – I hope you’ll be one of them.
