We’re evangelists when it comes to the benefits of juicing. Thing of your freshly-squeezed juice as a glass full of sunshine. The only processing it has experienced is being photosynthesised by the plants on our farm.
A juice cleanse will give your digestive system the break it needs. It will help to purge your body of accumulated toxins, while topping up your levels of vitamins and important nutrients. Each of our juices contains only 100% pure, raw unpasteurised juice. For each juice, we choose only the freshest organic produce to maximise the health benefits in every sip. Depending on your needs, you can do a juice cleanse for anything from one to five days.
If you’ve never enjoyed a juice cleanse before, we’d recommend that you start with a shorter cleanse, and over time you can work up to a full-five days cleanse for optimum results. During your cleanse, you can also enjoy our range of tonics which have been designed to complement the juices, and complete the healing, revitalising process.

We’d recommend that you don’t do any strenuous exercise during or immediately after a juice cleanse, but you should certainly keep active.
After all, taking in the right ingredients is only part of the story. You also need to move and be present. Yoga or walking are ideal ways to keep your body in motion during a juice cleanse. Once you have completed your cleanse, you’ll want to keep feeling that amazing for as long as possible. This means that it would be a mistake to immediately revert to your pre-cleanse diet, as this could be quite a shock to your newly reset digestive system. Instead, begin with light meals (salads, for example) for a day or two, before you reintroduce anything ‘heavier’.
