Chocolate Porridge

Enjoy a Goldilocks moment with this ‘just right’ breakfast. It’s filling, but it won’t slow you down. It releases its energy slowly, so you won’t need to slow down (or feel the urge to snack) and as well as the nourishing goodness of oatmeal, it contains the healthy indulgence that is raw cacao.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Unless, of course, it’s porridge


  • 400g Oats, blitz half of them
  • 3 T Cacao powder
  • 200g Dates
  • 200g hazelnuts, toasted
  • 1 small cap vanilla extract
  • Zest one orange


Add to food processor and blitz.
