
Berry Smoothie Bowl
Not only do BERRY SMOOTHIES pack a powerful punch in terms of flavor, but from a nutritional standpoint, they are every bit as strong. From antioxidants to vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein, berries may be small but they have got it all!
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 C mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 T goji berries
- 1/2 T camu powder
- 5 pitted dates
- 1/2 T baobab powder
- 1/2 C water
Method
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately with cashews and goji berries sprinkled on top. Serves 2.
