
Banana Coconut Smoothie
Banana and coconut flavours blend perfectly together, and as well as being delicious, they give you plenty of healthy fibre, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. You’ll also get a welcome boost of calcium, potassium and magnesium.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 C almond milk, homemade
- 2 medjool dates
- 3 t coconut yoghurt
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 1 t chia seeds
- 1 t maca
- 1 t antonia's almond butter
- 1 t cinnamon
- pinch of vanilla ice powder
- ice
Method
Blend on high until smooth.
